These courses provide step by step beginner level meditation and Mindfulness Meditation knowledge and skills.

Meditation is a deliberate training of attention that awakens us beyond the conditioned mind and habitual thinking and reveals the nature of reality. There are many forms of meditation—a variety of skillful means to quiet the mind and open the heart.

In Mindfulness Meditation you learn to be alertly and calmly present with your meditation, a deeper intimacy with yourself and with the world will arise. As you cultivate your ability to remain mindful without interfering, judging, avoiding, or clinging to your direct experience, wellsprings of insight and wisdom have a chance to surface.

Living Mindfully provides a proactive approach to learning how to the state of being conscious or aware and a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, calmly acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, for greater health and happiness.

Working With Me
Resiliency Education & Mindfulness Meditation are my means of introducing and supporting individuals, groups, and organizations in becoming healthier, happier, and more resilient. I offer individual sessions, six to eight week series of classes, workshops and retreats.
I am frequently booked to speak at various conferences, to create and lead workshops, to offer one day to five day retreats for groups or organizations, and to customize Resiliency and Mindfulness programs.
